Summerville Contractors completed this striking zinc box extension at a family home in Kilbride, adding a contemporary new living area opening directly off the kitchen. The zinc cladding gives the extension a clean, architectural finish that contrasts beautifully with the existing house.
The works included the full structural build of the rear extension, a new kitchen layout and installation, and complete interior fit-out throughout the affected areas — including new flooring, tiling, and finishes. All associated first and second-fix electrical and plumbing works were carried out as part of the project.
