A Full Roof Rebuild, Performance and Finish
Summerville Contractors completed a comprehensive re-roof at this Dunshaughlin home, replacing the existing Fibre cement slates and PVC dormers with high-quality natural slate and zinc throughout.
With the roof opened up, the opportunity was taken to fully upgrade the thermal performance of the property. 125mm of insulation was installed between the rafters, paired with a new breathable membrane, before the new natural slate roof was laid and the new zinc dormers fitted.
The result is a roof that not only looks the part but performs significantly better in terms of insulation, weather protection, and longevity.
