Summerville Contractors delivered an extensive deep retrofit of this 5,000 sq ft family home in Ashbourne, taking the property from a tired existing layout to a fully modernised, high-performance turnkey home.
The works were comprehensive. The house was stripped completely back, with all floors dug out and the property fully re-insulated throughout. A new underfloor heating system was installed, alongside a full rewire and replumb. New kitchen and appliances were fitted, with tiling, painting, and decoration completed throughout the home.
The project was delivered as a full turnkey package over an eight-month programme, ready for the family to move straight in.
