From Underperforming Home to A-Rated Standard
Summerville Contractors delivered a complete deep retrofit at this home in Bective, taking the property from an underperforming energy rating up to A-rated standard through a full strip-back and rebuild.
The works covered every element of the home's fabric and services. Floors were dug out, internal stripping was carried out throughout, and the entire property was re-insulated. A new heat pump and underfloor heating system was installed, alongside full rewire, full replumb, and complete airtightness works. New windows and doors were fitted throughout to complete the thermal envelope.
