A Self-Contained Suite Within the Family Home
Our team completed a full attic conversion at this Dunshaughlin residence, transforming the unused roof space into a private one-bedroom suite for the client's daughter. The brief was to deliver a comfortable, fully independent living space within the existing footprint of the home.
The scope of works covered structural preparation, full insulation to current building regulations, and complete first and second-fix electrical and plumbing installations. A private en-suite comprising toilet and hand basin was fitted out as part of the conversion, with all finishes completed to a move-in-ready standard.
The project was delivered on a two-week programme with minimal disruption to the household.
